In a nutshell: A number of studies have associated metabolic syndrome with impaired health-related quality of life (HRQoL).  This study investigates the relationship between HRQoL and metabolic syndrome using multiple measures as well as looking at confounding factors such as increased BMI, depression and other comorbidities.
